From the south:

Drive north on Highway 400 and exit at County Road 88. Travel east about 2km to the 10th Side Road. Turn left… drive north on the 10th Side Road about 1.5km. St. John’s is located at the 8th Line.
or
Drive north on Highway 11 (Yonge Street) from Newmarket to County Road 88… drive about 4km to the 10th Side Road then turn right…drive north on the 10th Side Road about 1.5km. St. John’s is located at the 8th Line.

From the north:

Drive south on Highway 400 to County Road 88. Turn left. Drive east on County Road 88 about 2km to the 10th Side Road. Turn left. Drive north on the 10th Side Road about 1.5km. St. John’s is located at the 8th Line.
or
Drive south on County Road 4 (Highway11) to the 8th Line. Turn right. Drive west on the 8th Line about 4km until you reach St. John’s at the 10th Side Road.
