Board of Trustees

The Congregation at its Annual General Meeting elects the Board of Trustees. This Board is legally responsible for the oversight of all church property including its cemeteries. It is subject to all rules and regulations of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, as outlined in the Book of Forms.

The Board of Trustees, as appointed by the congregation, legally acts on behalf of the church. For example, it signs on behalf of the congregation with respect to real estate transactions. It is  responsible for the administration of our church cemeteries at Coulson Hill and the Scotch Settlement.
